3. Estimates & Proposals

All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of the request. Final pricing may be adjusted after a technician performs an on-site assessment.

  • Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide access to the property and work area

  • Ensure safe access and clear surroundings near the garage door area

  • Communicate any changes, questions, or issues promptly

  • Make payments in accordance with the agreed proposal or invoice

5. Warranties & Limitations

We aim for high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Specific warranty details for labor and parts are outlined in your individual service agreement or invoice.

McClellan Overhead Door is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage not evident at the time of inspection

  • Issues caused by misuse or third-party alterations

  • Delays or damage due to weather or other uncontrollable factors

6. Payments & Cancellations

Payment terms will be outlined in your estimate or work order. A deposit may be required prior to scheduling or beginning service.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, images, and media, is the property of McClellan Overhead Door and may not be used or republished without express written permission.
